Bootcamps at Tara MacDonald Fit in Dartmouth starting on Sept. 6, 2016.  Come out for some fun with a Mix Mash of light weights and stability balls on Tuesday nights (6-7pm).  On Wednesday nights come out and enjoy more of a circuit style workout using your own body weight (5:30-6:15pm).  I have both camps set up so you can adjust them to your fitness level...make them harder or easier.
