Bootcamps at Tara MacDonald Fit in Dartmouth starting on Sept. 6, 2016.  Come out for some fun with a Mix Mash of light weights and stability balls on Tuesday nights (6-7pm).  On Wednesday nights come out and enjoy more of a circuit style workout using your own body weight (5:30-6:15pm).  I have both camps set up so you can adjust them to your fitness level...make them harder or easier. About my personal training sessions

Sessions are 1 hour long. We either work out of your home, at a local park or at a gym of your choice (as long as they allow for an outside trainer). We use things like weights, stability balls, medicine balls, bosu balls, jump ropes, and most importantly we do a lot of things with your own body weight. I try to mix things up with exercises you enjoy along with exercises that challenge you too. There has to be some degree of fun added! I can also help you set reasonable and attainable goals and help you get started in Journaling your journey too.

You can purchase a 5 session package for $150 or 10 sessions for $275. These sessions are to be paid in full at our first training session.

Bootcamp Fun!!

I am teaching two bootcamps over the summer.  One is on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 at Tara MacDonald Fitness in Dartmouth (running until Aug.31/16).  We had the first one last week and it was a total blast!!  If you want to join in the fun please let me know or email/call Tara's studio directly as all registration is done through her. 

The second bootcamp is being held on Friday evenings from 6:30-7:30 in Bedford at DeWolf Park (running until Aug.5/16). Learn to Run 5K Clinic

This is a clinic for people who have never run a step in their lives.  It's to prove to people that they can run and that it can be fun.  So regardless if you can run for 2 seconds or 2 mins come on out and have some fun and get fit at the same time!!
