Personal Training/Motivator and Wellness Coach



If you are looking to lose those stubborn last few pounds or the thought of working out scares you to no end send me an email as we need to talk!  I have lost 102 pounds and my goal is to help you become the best you that you can be. I will be there to make you sweat and to support you during the hard times. I have been there, done that. Chances are pretty good that I know exactly what you are going through. I look forward to chatting with you soon and helping you reach goals beyond your wildest expectations!!

Sessions are 1 hour long. We either work out of your home, at a local park or at a gym of your choice (Mount Saint Vincent University, or CrossFit BasinView). We use things like weights, stability balls, medicine balls, bosu balls, battle ropes, and most importantly we do a lot of things with your own body weight. I try to mix things up with exercises you enjoy along with exercises that challenge you too. There has to be some degree of fun added! I can also help you set reasonable and attainable goals and help you get started in journaling your journey too.

You can purchase a 5 session package for $250 or 10 sessions for $300. These sessions are to be paid in full at our first training session. ***Please email me for prices when training in either of the gyms.
