  • Train HARD for a decent finish for the Mount Washington Hill Climb (bike race) in Aug, 2017
  • Train to run a sub 30 mins 5km race in April, 2017
  • Train to run a sub 59:00 10km race in May, 2017
  • Train to run a 2:30 half marathon in Oct, 2017
  • Become a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Become a Weight Training Specialist
  • Train hard for The Higher Elevation Tour
  • Train hard to reach the top of Mount Washington, preferably in 2 hours
  • Help as many people as possible to reach their weight loss goals




- Become a Certified Personal Trainer
- Run a 5k run in 25 min.
- Do more public talks about my successful weight loss
- Motivate as many people as I can, teaching them how to lose weight and maintain it
