About my personal training sessions

Sessions are 1 hour long. We either work out of your home, at a local park or at a gym of your choice (as long as they allow for an outside trainer). We use things like weights, stability balls, medicine balls, bosu balls, jump ropes, and most importantly we do a lot of things with your own body weight. I try to mix things up with exercises you enjoy along with exercises that challenge you too. There has to be some degree of fun added! I can also help you set reasonable and attainable goals and help you get started in Journaling your journey too.

You can purchase a 5 session package for $150 or 10 sessions for $275. These sessions are to be paid in full at our first training session.
